Celia Tombalakian is a multitalented executive and the Vice President of Global and US Marketing for the Sally Hansen brand, a position she’s held since 2017. Using her insight, organizational engagement, and expertise, Celia has returned the household beauty brand to growth in the market.

Throughout her life, Celia has always been interested in beauty, health, wellness, technology, interior design, and travel, making her career in Global Marketing for the number one nail brand in the United States a perfect fit. Across her career, Celia Tombalakian has earned recognition and acclaim for her skills in areas including brand development and marketing, brand strategy, product management, digital media, integrated marketing, cross-functional team leadership, social media marketing, leadership, digital marketing, digital strategy, and leadership. She is also known for her brand management, global marketing, competitive analysis, and product marketing skills. 

Prior to her current role, Celia Tombalakian spent four years with Elizabeth Arden Inc. as their Senior Director of Global Marketing, a position for which she was recruited based on her clinical knowledge, expertise in both professional and consumer markets, and insight. Before joining Elizabeth Arden, Celia worked for 18 years with Johnson & Johnson, where she worked her way up into the position of Group Director for Worldwide Marketing. In her career, she has also worked with Ortho Clinic Diagnostic, Neutrogena, Janssen Pharmaceutical, and McNeil Consumer Healthcare. 

Celia’s hard work, passion, and talent have earned her recognition and also several awards. In 2006, she won the Silver Medallion Award for her Performance Calibration Model; in 2007, Celia won the Standard of Leadership award for her work with the Launch Excellence Roll Out. In 2008, she received the RX Club Award of Excellence for her Interactive Campaign, and in 2012 her work on the FUSE Marketing Competencies Roll Out earned her the Standard of Leadership Award, which she received again in 2013 alongside the DX Creative Communication Award. In 2016, she earned the Visionary Award, issued by Vision Critical, and most recently, in 2017 and 2018, Celia won the shop! Best in Industry Display Award. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and she holds her certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University S.C. Johnson Graduate School.
