About Celia Tombalakian
Celia Tombalakian has served in multiple global senior executive marketing positions with Johnson & Johnson. This includes managing business portfolios in their consumer package goods, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Additionally, Celia Tombalakian worked in aesthetic category for several years on newly acquired businesses. Celia Tombalakian earned several leadership and advertising awards during her tenure at Johnson & Johnson.
In 2013, Celia Tombalakian transitioned from Johnson & Johnson to Elizabeth Arden based in New York City as Senior Director, Consumer Insights and Product Development. In line with the iconic Elizabeth Arden brand, her areas of focus include innovative skincare, color cosmetic and women's fragrances. In this role, Celia Tombalakian developed a global insight community called Arden Insiders, consisting of thousands of beauty enthusiasts who provide real time feedback on marketing and new product concepts. Celia Tombalakian and her organization earned industry recognition for this work as recipients of the 2016 Visionary Award.
Since December 2017, Celia Tombalakian has worked for Coty as Vice President of Global & US Marketing. At Coty, she helps lead to new levels in beauty, consumer health, dermatology and medical aesthetic device sectors.
